‘Lorne – Don’t miss the boat’. Last week we reported that there was no better time to buy real estate and property in Lorne than right now. Well it is interesting to note that our company has completed 4 house sales in excess of a million dollars month to date and for the first time in a number of months buyers are back in circulation. Circling for well priced real estate and once found they will buy! The value of Lorne is too good to go unnoticed for too long and for those in the market place it appears that the seven year low activity cycle may have bottomed out – the best time to buy!

‘Lorne – Breaking news’. Not only are Lorne hosting the Victorian Nipper State Titles but Anglesea will be home to the Victorian State Open Titles over the Labour Day long weekend in March – great news for the coast. George Steven (brother of St Kilda footballer Jack) has just won the Colac and District Football League U/14 Best and Fairest award with his team mate Tyson Matthews being runner up – well done boys and good luck in the qualifying final.
‘Lorne – No better place in the World’. You can see more of Surfcoastimages at a current exhibition called ‘Waves’ in the Front Bar of The Grand Pacific Hotel. The exhibition tries to epitomise the characteristic of a wave, as it travels across the ocean or breaks on the shore. The images cover the gamut of photo presentation from framed images to stretched canvas, with colour and black and white both represented.
