Well winter is well and truly upon us with an arctic blast due to hit Victoria this weekend, with the (always reliable) weather bureau predicting sub-zero temperatures, rain, hail, and blizzards. A powerful cold front is expected to hit the state on Saturday afternoon sending temperatures plummeting.
