Market research firm Propertyology identified the Surf Coast as Victoria’s most expensive housing market as research shows how city prices have changed the national real estate landscape.

The Surf Coast, as identified by Propertyology, now sits as Australia’s fourth most expensive city/municipality with a median house price of $835,000, behind Byron Bay ($987,500), Sydney ($950,000) and Kiama ($910,000).
