‘Lorne – Market Round up’.

The pointers of improving consumer confidence appear to be stable as the Australian Share Market all ordinaries index continues to maintain its 5000 plus mark and real estate transactions across most markets continuing to show stronger signs than where they were twelve months ago.

With the continuing excellent summer weather pattern the numbers of people in town and on the coast has been very strong for the entire period. Holidaymakers and day trippers alike have continued to visit our region in droves and on the back of the strong summer memories our visitors are certain to want to return.

All in all a summer like no other for a number of years and the perfect platform to launch the next upward cycle of our coastal real estate environment.
