LORNE – HERE AND THERE

It is great to see the civil works at the Oceania Development on the corner of Smith & Armytage Street nearing the final stages in preparation for the building construction to commence. With only three remaining residences of fifteen available in the project, it is shaping as one of Lorne’s most exciting. The 240 sqm residences over multiple levels have attracted unprecedented buyer interest at full asking prices, while limited opportunities remain, it’s not too late to secure one of the final three as the countdown to completion has begun. Talk to any one of our team to find out more.

LORNE – MARKET ROUND UP

The end of the financial year is now almost upon us and it’s a time of the year when discussions evolve around how the market has performed over the past year and have house prices firmed or eased in value over the past twelve months. As we dissect, pull apart and analyse our market statistically, the outcomes are always of great interest. Our early forecast is the average home price in Lorne is likely to have seen double digit growth over the past twelve months and I look forward to sharing these with you over the coming weeks.

As we enter the June/July school holidays we are likely to experience upbeat enquiry on our limited book of stock, so stay tuned for how the winter numbers begin to unfold.

LORNE – A LITTLE SECRET

Interesting to hear our Federal Member of Parliament has successfully rallied to overturn the proposed name of her electorate of Corrangamite. Front and centre of her push for the name not to change was the distaste of not wanting to be known as the member for Cox!
