What a whirl wind last couple of weeks we have had here on the Coast, as restrictions eased it was magic to see the town come back to life and have so many holiday makers re-visit and enjoy our stunning region for the Queen’s Birthday long weekend. 

In property news, the market has remained reasonably strong despite the COVID-19 pandemic, with enquiry levels dramatically increasing in the past month, with a total of 16 property transactions across the township since March 1st 2020, and a further 6 properties having gone Under Contract through our agency in the past week, a great sign for our region. 

The median house price has also remained steady through the pandemic with the Apollo Bay townships median currently at $650,000, up from $612,500 in December 2019 in accordance with reports by realestate.com.au.
